Amanda and Jeff are a husband and wife team of seasoned content, communications and marketing professionals living in the western suburbs of Chicago with their son, William, daughter, Charlie, and French Bulldog, Walter. They enjoy cycling around their neighborhood, traveling any chance they get, mom-and-pop joints with great burgers and the most perfect crispy fries, and keeping their photo skills sharp by pointing their cameras at their kiddos.

Jeff is a former photojournalist and magazine writer turned marketing creative with experience in the food and beverage CPG, electric automotive, and cordless power tool industries. He helped launch a suburban Chicagoland craft brewery and managed its taproom, operations, and online presence before joining a locally owned specialty grocer to align its social and digital footprint with its elevated brand. He went on to shoot food lifestyle and products for a world leader in bakeware, shaped the brand voice of the nation’s first online-focused pre-owned electric vehicle retailer, and now juggles the voices of multiple brands as a copywriter for a global player in the cordless power tool and outdoor power equipment industry.

Amanda is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with an MBA and years of international relations, content creation and marketing experience. Her career spans from the sports worlds of the NCAA and NHL to the healthcare industry where she spent more than a decade at one of the largest medical associations. She now gets to hang out at the world leader in medical technology to help improve patient care around the globe.

When they’re not getting to know couples and new families as they celebrate milestones and life’s little moments with 28 West Creative, Amanda and Jeff enjoy working with small businesses and brands to help tell their story much more than they like talking about themselves in the third person.
